DISCOVERY, PROGRAMMING & ESTIMATING

Balancing the technical requirements against the end-user experience is critical to successful integration. As part of your design team, we partner with stakeholders to develop programming documents, budgets, schedules, design narratives, and schematic drawings in simple phases.

Technical Design & BID DOCUMENTS

Once phase one is fully executed, we then work to translate the approved design documents into detailed pricing packages. Phase two begins with utilizing a controlled intake format we developed specifically for going to bid. Our team vets each bid package to further ensure clear communication of design intent and price point for client selection.

MANAGEMENT, TECHNICAL OVERSIGHT & COMPLETION

Phase two includes our hands-on project management and commissioning approach. Consistent and transparent attention to detail allows us to maintain ultimate accountability from inception to completion. As Client advocates, we ensure all project trades are coordinated, all dependencies are met and nothing impacts successful project completion.
